3rd District Chair Clyde Voelkerding welcomes delegates and explains the caucus procedures.
Delegates and alternates from each of Missouri's 3rd Congressional District's 13 counties met at East Central College in Union on April 28 to elect five delegates to attend the Missouri State Convention and the Democratic National Convention this July in Philadelphia.
The elected delegates were apportioned from results of the March 15 Missouri presidential primary. Three delegates will represent Senator Bernie Sanders and two delegates will represent Secretary Hillary Clinton.

At the state convention, 47 delegates from all of the congressional districts will elect an additional 15 at-large delegates and 6 alternates to round out Missouri's elected national convention delegation.
